We are looking for Certified Productivity Professionals (CPP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, and organizational psychologists to deliver transformative training. Candidates must have 5+ years in workflow optimization, change management, or adult learning. Remote/hybrid roles available.

Current Openings

  • Senior Productivity Consultant – Lead client engagements, design bespoke training modules, conduct time-use audits. Required: CPP or PMP, experience with Asana/Jira analytics.
  • Learning Experience Designer – Develop e-learning courses using Articulate 360, create assessment rubrics, ensure SCORM compliance. Required: Master’s in Instructional Design or equivalent.
  • Data Analyst – Productivity Metrics – Build dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) for client KPIs, perform regression analysis on time-use data. Required: SQL, Python, statistics background.
